Cook Canyon Camp

Cook Canyon is surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest in southern New Mexico near Ruidoso.

 

From Highway 70 just east of Ruidoso Downs turn south at milepost 266 onto Forest Road 443 (Hale Lake Road). Travel five miles following the "Cook Canyon" signs until you arrive at the Cook Canyon gate.
