Upon final approval of your contract by you and Cook Canyon, and payment of the required deposit, your event will be confirmed on our event calendar! Full payment of the remaining balance is not due until your arrival at Cook Canyon. We look forward to serving you!

To make a payment, you have two options. You can pay your deposit or invoice via card or check, whichever you prefer. If you choose to pay by card there is a 2.5% card fee. To avoid paying the card fee you can pay by check.

Submit a Meal Accommodation Request
We attempt to accommodate the dietary needs of guests who have been medically diagnosed with food allergies or digestive conditions. Guests with these dietary restrictions should inform us two weeks prior to attending an event at Cook Canyon by submitting this on-line form.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: While we diligently attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies, and food production staff is instructed on the severity of food allergies, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that food product manufacturers may change their formulation without notice. Cook Canyon does not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or items guests may come in contact with while at Cook Canyon.
Liability Release Form
Each guest who is not part of an organization that is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance, as specified in the contract between the guest organization and Cook Canyon Camp, is asked to submit a liability release form upon arrival at Cook Canyon or before.
